Some background information
I have read some of the other posts in our class. They all are great and I look forward to reading and learning more from the students in class. I started blogging last semester for Penny's Digital Technology class. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but it was great. The previous posts are from a book I read last semester.

yes, solise, looks good! i am excited to just read through everyone's blogs and get ideas from the books everyone has read. I love how technology allows us to share so freely and easily. Although I know this also has a very serious down side where young adolescents are concerned ie. snapchat, facebook, instagram.. And I find it difficult to see a good solution, when teachers are struggling with the using and learning of new technology and young kids are struggling with the wisdom and critical thinking skills needed to cope with the consequences and ramifications of sharing ones' life online!
ReplyDeleteI also like how technology allows us to share so easily. I think we can really get good information by using technology for educational purposes. We can share and create ideas that we may not experience by being in a classroom. And yes of course there are downsides to technology. I think as adults and educators we need to help our kids/students use technology wisely.
